journal 2A somewhat eventful day. Did get at my De-cluttering project and got one of my two kitchen drawers tidied up. Not at 11 AM but at around 11:15. Removing all of the larger items revealed a tomb of forgotten ketchup packs, plastic utensils and some miscellaneous items I can’t even begin to explain. I decide to break up this de-cluttering project into small pieces. Altogether it seems like a daunting and un-achievable task, but, in small pieces I achieve something everyday and eventually accomplish the end goal. No stress and mission accomplished = HAPPY ;) SPRING CLEANINGA fresh coat of paint (I had some primer leftover from our “summer kitchen” renovation) and some displacement of some unnecessary (and clearly unwanted) items and we now have a utensil drawer uncluttered with easily located items. (what the heck is the fan screw stop doing in there, and how did I acquire so many large spoons??) HEALTH CHECKI did 5 minutes of stair climbing plus some ab work defined by a calendar I found on sugarysixpack.com. I made it through 1 rep of the recommended routine for today. I have a feeling my stair climbing interfered with this as it was my legs that were shaking like crazy for the first set. I managed to drink almost 2 bottles of water today! That is a record for me so cheers to small accomplishments!! Later in the day, as my DS attempted to poke my belly in jest, I realized that I had in fact worked my abs today. I tensed to receive said poke and unwillingly let out a whimper. Totally laughed at myself, to which he laughed, then I laughed harder, to which I whimpered more......no pain no gain!! haha,...ouch ! A little disappointed in tonight's dinner recipe but I'll get into that on Saturday. BUSINESSI’ve decided that even if I don’t post on social media, I NEED to like/follow/share something from 6 “things” per social media application. I have no reasoning for the number but I do know that in order to get interaction you need to react. Six seems like a nice comfortable number and won’t take ridiculous amounts of time to accomplish. I have other channels besides my blog that you can follow along with on Facebook, Twitter, Google +, Pinterest and Instagram. Getting excited to drop a new T-Shirt tomorrow so make sure you keep your eyes peeled for that!! What small accomplishment can you celebrate today?Let me know in the comments.
