Journal 3The last few days have been pretty good. I’ve switched workout routines and found some more meals that I love which I’ll post about either Saturday or Sunday. I really do have a love/hate relationship with routine. I love how it keeps me on track and focused, I hate how well, routine, it can become so quickly. I get distracted easily and it’s not too long before I begin to roll my eyes at the thought of doing something again and again. With eating new things, trying new recipes and the new workout routine I’m following I am determined to stick this out and make it not feel too routine. Spring Cleaning |
